How NC FACTORY processes personal data collected on www.armoire-a-cles.fr. Last updated: 31 August 2026.

2. Data collected
When you submit a form (study, quote, contact): professional identity, company, email, phone, city, country, venue type, optional volume, message, useful files, originating page and UTM parameters.
If checkout is enabled: shipping and billing addresses, cart contents, payment status (via the payment provider).
Audience measurement (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) only after explicit consent, and only on the atelier site when measurement IDs are configured. Product landings do not load marketing trackers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling professional enquiries and quotes — pre-contractual steps / B2B legitimate interest.
Order fulfilment, invoicing, delivery, after-sales — contract and legal duties.
Abandoned-cart emails — legitimate interest, with an unsubscribe link.
Audience measurement — consent.
No file resale, no data brokerage.
4. Recipients and processors
Requests and orders are sent to NC Factory’s internal ERP for sales follow-up and manufacturing.
Processors: Railway Corp (United States) for hosting; Resend for transactional email; Stripe if online payment is enabled.
GALLUSIA may access technical logs for website maintenance.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Railway hosting and, where used, Stripe or email tooling may involve a transfer to the United States, under standard contractual clauses or another recognised mechanism (including the Data Privacy Framework where it applies).
6. Retention
Sales enquiries: 3 years after the last exchange.
Order and accounting records: statutory periods.
Cookie preference: 13 months.
In-browser “My account” data: local storage until you delete it.
7. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies or storage: site operation, cart, consent memory, UTM attribution for a request.
Measurement cookies (Google): only after “Accept” on the banner, and only if a GTM/GA ID is configured.
You can change your choice in the browser (clear cookies / local storage key `av_cookie_consent`).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local authority. Contact: contact@nc-factory.com.
